Our practice combines cognitive behavioral methods with solution-focused techniques, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and approaches for Complex Trauma. We utilize evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), mindfulness, and play therapy. These strategies help clients develop actionable skills to enhance emotional resilience and foster sustainable personal growth. Each treatment plan is customized through thorough assessments, ensuring clear goal setting, measurable progress, and the highest standards of ethical care and confidentiality.
